Exploring....Menopause – London

In our “Exploring…” series we use the constellation approach to focus on a range of topics that touch us all very deeply, and often cause us great distress.

In this new series of workshops we will use whole group constellations, ritual, and short experiential exercises to explore the territory of the topic fully.

The day is dynamic, explorative and both personal and collective. Everyone in the group will be part of each piece of work. There will also be time for exploring our ongoing experience, so that we gather our insight and wisdom together. The shape of the day will follow the needs of the group, as we tenderly explore what wishes to be seen and heard and healed.
