Exploring....Siblings – London

Our relationships with our brothers and sisters can be loving and supportive, but they can also be tense, competitive and very difficult too. Often there is a roller coaster of different dynamics that weave through sibling relationships, and these can be very stressful indeed. Given the impact and importance of sibling relationships in family life, it is surprising that they receive so little attention in most personal development work.

In this workshop Chris and Gaye will use systemic constellation work to enable participants to explore their own sibling dynamics, in both nuclear and blended families. The workshop will address missing siblings and the trans-generational dynamics that may be influencing the system and impacting on our sense of place in other social groups.
