What to bring :

1. A water bottle and travel mug, where possible
2. Tissues
3. We will provide snacks, but if you have specific dietary requirements, you may wish to supplement these with your own
4. A blanket or extra layers to keep warm when we ventilate the room
5. Pens and paper/a pad
6. You may wish to bring slippers if you want to take off your shoes
